RTBS customers get the first feel of RTBS Google Calendar and Viator interfaces
We here at Whyte Waters are always striving towards making our Real Time Booking System (RTBS) better and better for you and we wrapped up last month with two new interfaces to help make running your business easier.
Google Calendar Interface
Activity operators can now organise and browse event details using the new Google Calendar interface. If an activity operator is interested in the number of passengers for their trips over the month, they can scroll over the desired date and bingo, the numbers display instantly.
Viator Interface
Another great feature we release this month is our interface to Viator. Viator is owned by TripAdvisor and is a worldwide activity research and booking site that reaches over 390 million unique visitors every month. Linking directly into Viator and Trip Advisor is quickly becoming critical for any activity operator. Users can now feed directly into Viator, so customers can check availability and also make live bookings. This integration can be activated by your existing communications with Viator or simply by getting in touch with us!
What Will Change?
- Technology and Sales
Viator can have a big influence on even the pioneer tour operator’s business. The RTBS integration with Viator will, therefore, drive sales by giving you access to a broader and popular platform. All this can be done from your RTBS portal without having to do any extra work to manage your bookings.
- Marketing and Distribution
Viator’s brand power will significantly benefit the number of bookings for RTBS tour operators. This will not only help boost your sales but will also help improve your market value.
