Whytewaters Group operates a web based booking service called "Real Time Booking System" (RTBS). Our booking system provides online credit card transactions for tourism operators who offer experiential tours.
It's likely that you participated in a tour, attended an event or purchased a gift voucher from one of our clients and paid for it online with your credit card.
Our clients are based throughout New Zealand and Australia. They are primarily in the toursim industry, but offer a diverse range of products and services you may not at first consider to be tourism activities. Examples include: bungy jumping, jetboat rides, event tickets, bike hire, ski hire, theme park entry, sky diving gift vouchers, bus transport tickets and more.
To help you try to identify what the transaction may be for, please consider the following:
- You may have been on holiday in New Zealand or Australia around the time of the transaction.
- The transaction may be well in advance of the date the event took place.
- The event paid for may be yet to happen.
- The participant or recipient may be someone you know (eg, you purchased a gift voucher or ticket for a family member)
If you are still unsure about why our name appears on your credit card statement, please don't hesitate to contact us. Please provide details that will help us identify the transaction, such as your fullname, the transaction amount and date.
